Accessibility
AskConsumerLaw is committed to providing a usable experience for people with disabilities.
Our goal
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing goal. This is a continuing objective, not a claim of independent certification or complete conformance.
Supported interaction
We design core navigation and case forms for keyboard operation, visible focus, text resizing, semantic headings and labels, screen-reader use, reduced motion, and responsive layouts. Compatibility can vary by browser, assistive technology, device, and user settings.
Known limitations
Some third-party consent or linked services may not be fully controlled by AskConsumerLaw. The migrated article library is tested programmatically and through representative browser coverage, but barriers may still exist.
Report a barrier
Email info@askconsumerlaw.com. Please include the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, your browser or assistive technology when comfortable sharing it, and a description of the barrier. We review accessibility feedback and will respond without promising an unverified deadline.
Alternative access
If a feature is difficult to use, tell us what information or service you were seeking so we can consider a reasonable alternative method.
